Orders placed are picked up by either Fedex or UPS the following business day. Upon delivery, a signature by someone over 21 is typically required. If there is a chance of attempting to deliver when a signature is not possible, it is recommended to use the “Change My Delivery” option on the shipment tracking website to hold the package at the nearest facility for pickup.

 

Customers selecting "Will Call" are able to pick up their packages 48 hours after ordering at Jackson Street Fulfillment Center, 849 Jackson Street, Napa, CA 94559, between the hours of 9:00am - 3:30pm.
